We loved the beautiful decor of the room and the hotel. Everything was impeccable. The room was spacious, and the bathroom with the separate waterfall shower was exquisite. The hotel gym was clean and well equipped, and we even found time to use it. The hotel is in a great location, with shopping and restaurants nearby. It was convenient to find taxis and the metro station was right next to it.

Despite the negatives, there were a couple of positive aspects worth mentioning. The location of the hotel was very convenient. It was just a few steps away from the metro exit and the main shopping area, making it easy to explore Shanghai. Additionally, the breakfast offered a good variety of foods and was enjoyable. Though there was no cold water available, the variety of warm options catered to the local preferences and added a unique touch to the dining experience.
During my Christmas stay, I was disappointed by a few aspects of the hotel. the air conditioning in the room was absolutely terrible.

Had a great Christmas stay at a hotel in the heart of Shanghai. The hotel offered complementary drink and snack vouchers upon arrival which was a nice touch. Location was amazing - steps away from the bustling shopping district and easy access to public transportation. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff was pleasant and helpful throughout our stay.
We were not able to check in early and had to wait a few hours before we could access our room. Additionally, the breakfast was overpriced and not worth it for the quality and variety offered.
