Got a room with awesome views of the city skyline! 🏙️ the bathroom was really fancy, had everything you need - a great shower, hairdryers, and even a bidet. the public parking was close by, and the staff here were super attentive.

The location great for Downtown Shanghai district, it is right by subway and Nanjing walking street as well as the most famous attractions. The rooms are silent and beautifully designed with exceptionally comfortable beds and smoke detectors: )

grand central hotel exceeded our expectations during our family holiday in shanghai. with its excellent central location and spacious, comfortable rooms, it made exploring the city a breeze. the attentive staff and delicious breakfast buffet were the icing on the cake.

We loved the beautiful decor of the room and the hotel. Everything was impeccable. The room was spacious, and the bathroom with the separate waterfall shower was exquisite. The hotel gym was clean and well equipped, and we even found time to use it. The hotel is in a great location, with shopping and restaurants nearby. It was convenient to find taxis and the metro station was right next to it.

I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which offered a variety of Western and Chinese options. The hotel facilities, including the gym and swimming pool, were an added bonus. I had a great experience at the Grand Central Hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

During my Christmas stay, I was disappointed by a few aspects of the hotel. the air conditioning in the room was absolutely terrible.

Stepping into this hotel was like entering a different era , elegant and sophisticated. the room was spacious and well, maintained with luxurious amenities. the breakfast buffet provided an excellent selection of both Western and Chinese cuisines. the location was perfect , just a few steps away from the metro station, pedestrian Nanjing Street, and major attractions like the Bund.

Had a great Christmas stay at a hotel in the heart of Shanghai. The hotel offered complementary drink and snack vouchers upon arrival which was a nice touch. Location was amazing - steps away from the bustling shopping district and easy access to public transportation. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff was pleasant and helpful throughout our stay.

We were not able to check in early and had to wait a few hours before we could access our room. Additionally, the breakfast was overpriced and not worth it for the quality and variety offered.
